What I collect

When you submit a contact form, book a showing, or otherwise reach out through this site, I collect the information you provide directly. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and any message you send.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server and edge logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) and provides basic security filtering. This data is used for security monitoring and site maintenance.

Third-party services

• Google Fonts. Font files are requested from Google's servers when the page loads, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
• Meta Pixel. If you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad, the Meta Pixel collects data about your visit, including pages viewed and actions taken. This is used to measure ad performance and reach similar audiences.
• Rechat. If you book a showing or open house registration through this site, your details are submitted to Rechat, the platform that powers my listing tools.

What I don't use

This site does not run Google Analytics or any general web analytics tool. There are no third-party chat widgets that collect personal data, no session recording tools, and no advertising cookies beyond the Meta Pixel noted above.

How your information is used

Contact information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, follow up about properties or showings you've asked about, and provide ongoing real estate service if we decide to work together.

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law or where necessary to complete a transaction (for example, sharing details with a lawyer or lender involved in your purchase or sale).

Data retention

Contact records are kept for as long as needed to provide service, comply with legal and regulatory obligations under Saskatchewan real estate rules, and resolve any disputes. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights under PIPEDA

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to access the personal information I hold about you, request corrections, or ask that it be deleted. To make any of these requests, contact me using the details below.

Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies, primarily those set by the Meta Pixel and any session storage required by Rechat for booking forms. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work correctly if you do.

I may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
